Our buses mostly look like this in the picture below, but also some with a lot more purple and pink!

Finding your bus

This is the Cranfield Connect from Uno network across Bedfordshire 

 

Getting on Raise your arm when you see the bus approaching, so the driver knows you want to get on - and have your Cranfield University id pass ready to show the driver if you're travelling with a discounted ticket. If it's dark, why not use the light from your phone to make sure the driver sees you?

Getting off Press the stop button once before the bus reaches your stop.

Scan your M-ticket, or pay on-board When you get on, have your M-ticket ready to scan on the ticket machine. Or, if you're buying your ticket on the bus we accept contactless payment for any ticket up to £100, and there's no minimum spend. If you’re paying with cash, you'll need the exact money please - we can't give change at the moment.

With your Cranfield ID card, you can get great-value travel. Here are our most popular tickets, all discounted for staff and students. Student discounts are only available when you buy your ticket on our app.

The student single fare is £2.50 and return fare is £4.50 – these can be obtained from the driver, but you must show your student discount.

If you're travelling from Cranfield village into the University, pay just £1.50 per day, or save even more when you buy a bundle of 10 day tickets on our app - just £13.50 for 10 days, with no expiry date.
