Possible password reset issues

If it's been a while since you last logged in and you have forgotten your password, you will need to reset it. Some users, depending on their device's settings, may experience an issue where they try to reset their password in the app and then receive a message telling them to download the app, which of course they have already done. This is not a new issue - it happened with the old app too, and occurs because the app is not being allowed to open the link in a browser.
