Driver receives award

Last week saw Uno was visited by one of the Deputy Lord-Lieutenants of Hertfordshire, Mr David Williams, who is also a Governor at the University of Hertfordshire. His visit was to award one of the drivers, Nana Kyeretwie, with his Royal Humane Society Award, for first aid given at the scene of a road traffic collision. He had been driving in service when the accident happened, and he quickly checked on his passengers before running to the scene and helping. His actions helped prevent the casualty's situation from deteriorating, who was airlifted from the scene. @Uno are very proud of his quick thinking and actions, hence he was nominated for the award.
