Uno is currently seeking a Hatfield-based "Driver Manager" to lead and develop our growing team of bus drivers.  This is a challenging hands-on role where you will positively influence and develop our existing drivers and nurture our new staff into the business.
You would be daily & actively engaging with our driver team and trade union representatives with
  • Driver coaching
  • Investigatory interviews
  • Disciplinary & Grievance cases
  • Flexible work interviews
  • Attendance & Sickness matters
  • Annual leave requests
  • Probation reviews
