Route X10

The route in Hatfield has been modified so that buses serve De Havilland Campus, College Lane Campus and Hatfield Business Park and De Havilland Campus again on the way to Luton. The main timetable is largely unaltered.

Important News about Bus Routing in Hatfield.

 

In order to improve the reliability of the X10 we have modified the route in Hatfield so that it will now operate in a one-way loop.

Buses will continue to enter Hatfield from Hatfield Road, and customers wishing to get to the De Haviland Campus will need to disembark at bus stops at St Albans Road West (Ellenbrook Lane stops).  The bus will then serve the Galleria and College Lane Campus, where the service will terminate.  Customers can board the bus at College Lane on the return trip.  It will then serve the Galleria, travel along Comet Way to the Business Park and serve Gypsy Moth Avenue and De Haviland Campus, continuing its journey to Luton.

Customers travelling to De Havilland will need to disembark at the St Albans Road West bus stop (Ellenbrook Lane stop), but they will be able to board on the campus side of the main bus stops.

Customers travelling to College Lane will be able to leave the bus and board the bus at the main bus stops at The Forum.

Customers travelling to the Business Park will need to stay on the bus from College Lane.  Customers will need to board and alight at the same stop on the same side of the road.
