At request of Hertfordshire County Council the journeys at 2011 and 2111 from the bus depot towards Watford (Mon to Fri) will be revised so as to commence from Frobisher Way. This is to provide an evening link for businesses in this area to Hatfield Rail Station.

All journeys to and from Welwyn Garden City will be diverted to serve the recently constructed bus turning area (off the Chequers roundabout at Howlands) in order to serve the new residential development in this area.

Due to disappointing day time loadings allied to significant increases in costs (especially fuel) this service will be restricted to a peak hours only link between Jersey Farm and UH Hatfield Campus.

The 1645 journey from Hatfield to Welham Green (Mon - Fri) will be withdrawn.

In order to remain within the scope of domestic drivers hours regulations this service will be revised to operate between Hemel Hempstead Rail Station and Stevenage Bus Station only. The section between Stevenage Bus Station - Grace Way - Lister Hospital and Hitchin will be operated as connecting service 635.

UH staff and students will be entitled to free travel on service 635; other passengers will have to buy a day, weekly or monthly ticket or pay a separate fare on both legs of the journey.

To improve reliability the second journey from the Luton area at 0835 will now commence from Luton Bus Station (it currently starts from Leagrave). As a result the positioning journey at 0720 from UH Hatfield Campus will be revised to operate between Harpenden and Luton Bus Station. Certain other journeys are revised to operate via Luton Town Centre on their loop working to L&D Hospital before returning to Hatfield.
