Ready to take your commercial career to the next level?
This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious commercial professional to step into a role where you can really make your mark.
We’re looking for a Commercial Manager, ideally a commercial professional/graduate with experience in transport or a related sector but not essential, someone who is ready for a bigger challenge, greater responsibility and faster development.
You’ll report directly to the Commercial Director, giving you exposure to senior decision-making from day one. More importantly, you’ll have the autonomy and trust to make decisions yourself, decisions that will have a real and visible impact on the business.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys digging into data and turning insight into action.
You’ll be working for one of the UK’s leading universities, within an award-winning bus company based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. And of course, there’s a great salary waiting with benefits to match.
You’ll:
· Analyse performance data and trends to support key commercial decisions
· Help shape strategy across pricing, revenue, performance and customer demand
· Turn complex information into clear, actionable insight
· Challenge assumptions and ask the right questions to drive better outcomes
· Work closely with colleagues across the business to influence change
You’ll be someone who:
· Has commercial experience, ideally within transport, but not essential
· Is naturally curious, analytical and commercially minded
· Loves working with data and making sense of what it’s really telling us
· Is confident in presenting insight and recommendations
· Will have the drive to learn fast, take ownership and grow.
